Rules & Regulations
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone at Epicenter Courts, please adhere to the following facility rules. Respect for fellow players and the facility is mandatory.
1. Court Usage Guidelines
Users of the courts at Epicenter Courts Davao must wear proper badminton shoes (non‑marking soles), handle all equipment with care, avoid damage to the facility, and use all amenities responsibly. Users will be held responsible for any damage resulting from failure to comply.
2. Responsibilities for Bookings
- For individual bookings, the person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all their guests adhere to the etiquette outlined in Section 3.
- For bookings made by badminton academies, corporate entities, or groups, the contracting party is responsible for ensuring that all participants comply with the rules in Section 3.
3. Etiqutte and Conduct
All users of Epicenter Courts Davao must observe the following:
- Facilities must be used responsibly at all times.
- Proper badminton and fitness attire is required.
- Users are expected to keep the facility clean. Trash must be disposed of in the bins provided.
- Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol, drugs, or other controlled substances are strictly prohibited.
- All users must treat staff and fellow patrons with respect. Offensive language or aggressive behavior is not permitted.
- Theft or stealing of any kind is prohibited.
- Harassment of any kind, including verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, is strictly forbidden.
4. Consequences for Violations
Violations of the etiquette in Section 3 may result in referral to the relevant authorities and temporary or permanent bans from using the facility at Epicenter Courts Davao, depending on the severity of the violation.
5. Security Monitoring
For safety and security purposes, certain areas of Epicenter Courts Davao are monitored by CCTV. Misconduct or abuse by any user should be reported to our front office team or emailed to epicentercourts@gmail.com.
6. Photography & Videography
Photographs and videos may be taken within Epicenter Courts Davao for publicity and marketing purposes. These materials may include images or recordings of users. By using the facility, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and likeness in such materials.
If you do not wish to be included in photos or videos, please remove yourself from group or candid shots intended for capture.
7. Additional Rules
Epicenter Courts Davao reserves the right to implement additional rules or make determinations regarding the use of its facilities. Continued use of the facility implies acceptance of the terms.
8. Liability
Epicenter Courts Davao is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or amenities. Users are advised to exercise caution and follow safety guidelines.
9. Court Bookings and Time Limits
- Courts must be reserved in advance using the facility’s booking system..
- Reservations are valid only for the designated court(s) and time slot(s) booked.
- Users must vacate the court promptly at the end of their reservations. Failure to comply may result in penalties or suspension of booking privileges.
- Reselling or scalping court bookings for profit is strictly prohibited. Violators will be blacklisted, and management reserves the right to cancel reservations without refund.
